Win an overnight stay with dinner at Holdsworth House plus £200 of gift vouchers to spend in Harveys of Halifax

• Promoters ("We", “Our”, “Us”) Holdsworth House Hotel, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX2 9TG and Harveys of Halifax, Commercial Street, Halifax, HX1 1LJ. Facebook is not connected to this promotion in any way.
• The prize draw ("Prize Draw") is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Entrants must complete the entry form on Facebook/Instagram or enter via the checkouts/reception at Harveys of Halifax department store or Holdsworth House Hotel in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
• Employees or agencies of Harveys of Halifax and Holdsworth House Hotel its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw, may not enter the Prize Draw.
• Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Us containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe in every email that We send, at any time or by writing to us at info@holdsworthhouse.co.uk or office@harveysofhalifax.co.uk.
• No purchase is necessary.

• Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
• The Prize Draw entries close 5pm, 9^th July 2022.
• On 11^th July 2022, one winner will be chosen from all names received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and the winner announced on Our Facebook accounts.
• The winner will receive a gift voucher for an overnight break for two adults at Holdsworth House in Halifax, including £30 per person allocation for dinner in the evening of the stay, plus £200 of Harveys of Halifax vouchers with optional personal shopper experience. The prize excludes travel, transfers and any additional food, beverages, upgrades, goods or services taken. Payment must be made for any additional costs incurred prior to departure.
• The Holdsworth House vouchers will be supplied to the email address provided on the entry form and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.
• The Harveys of Halifax Gift Vouchers much be collected from the store when you visit for the overnight break.
• We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
• We cannot accept responsibility for vouchers not being received, or lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or those that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
• The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
• We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• We shall use and take care of any personal information you supply as described in our privacy policies (Harveys of Halifax Privacy Policy; Holdsworth House Hotel Privacy Policy), and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information to process/contact you about your Prize Draw entry. Your details will never be sold to any third party for marketing, or shared except for the purpose of operating this Prize Draw.
• We reserve the right, at any time and from time-to-time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). Our decision, in all matters under Our control, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
• The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
